Account information such as your name, work email and company. Meeting content that you choose to have Dura AI capture, including audio, transcripts, summaries and the action items derived from them. Basic usage data about how the product is used.

We use your information to provide Dura AI: transcribing meetings, generating summaries, detecting decisions and action items, creating tasks in tools you connect, and answering questions about your meetings. We do not sell your meeting content.

Access follows the roles and permissions configured by your workspace admins and meeting owners. Search and Ask AI only return meetings the person is allowed to view.

Workspace admins choose how long recordings and transcripts are kept. You can ask us to delete a meeting or your account data at any time by contacting us.

We use infrastructure and AI processing providers to operate Dura AI. They process data only on our instructions and under agreements that restrict how they may use it.
