How can we help?
Answers on setup, integrations, recording and admin controls.
How does Dura AI know which meetings to join?Calendar-based, with controls for you and your admins.
Dura AI joins meetings from the invites on your connected calendar. You can choose to capture every meeting, only meetings you organize, or only the ones you select.
Admins can set workspace-wide rules, for example excluding meetings with external guests.
Do action items become tasks automatically? No. You confirm them first.
Dura AI detects action items and suggests an owner, a due date and a project. Items stay in the detected state until you confirm them.
Once confirmed, you can create them as tasks in your connected project tool. Each task links back to the moment in the meeting where it was agreed.
Which tools can I create tasks in?Jira, Linear, Asana, ClickUp, Monday and Trello.
Connect a tool from the Integrations page in your workspace. Tasks are created with the owner, due date, project and a link to the source meeting.
Other integrations, such as Slack, Zoom and Google Calendar, handle where summaries are shared and where meetings are captured.
Who can see my meetings?Only the people you and your admins allow.
Access follows roles and permissions. Meeting owners control who can view a recording, transcript and summary, and search only returns meetings the person is allowed to see.
Sensitive meetings, such as 1:1s, can be restricted to their participants.
How do I control recording and retention?Admins set retention; participants are notified.
Dura AI announces recording to participants when it joins. Admins choose how long recordings and transcripts are kept and can delete any meeting on request.
