Terms of Service

You may use Dura AI for your organization’s internal business purposes. You are responsible for your account and for the activity that happens under it.

You are responsible for informing participants and obtaining any consent required by law before recording a meeting. Dura AI provides controls to announce recording to participants.

You own your meeting content. You grant us the limited rights needed to process it and provide the service to you.

Paid plans are billed per seat in advance. Plan details, seat counts and renewal terms are set out in your order or quote.

Do not use Dura AI to violate the law, infringe others’ rights, or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the service.

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as is and our liability is limited as set out in your agreement with us.
